Beauty + Style Sizzle

Role: Art Director and Visual Design Lead

The Beauty & Style team (Byrdie/Brides) tasked me with a 1 minute(ish) internal sizzle reel to showcase the two brands in a quick and energetic way. Due to the quick turnaround, I built a storyboard on Figma and worked closely with our video editor, giving specific direction to achieve the most complete narrative of the team’s recent wins. The result was well received by all senior management and stakeholders.

 

Google Cuba Launch

Role: Art Director

In January 2017, I led Google’s first marketing activation in Cuba. The overarching goal was to bring technology to an island to harvest a relationship between Google and the people of Cuba.

As a solution, we decided to produce a short film in virtual reality about the life of Jose Martí, a national Cuban hero who spent 15 year of his life living in NYC. Through the magic of VR we would bring Martí’s story and his second home to life.

I served as Creative lead for the live activation, Art Director for the film, and designer for the promotional media and VR headsets.

 
 

Sensodyne

Role: Art Director

Sensodyne came to us with the challenge to create branded content that was both informative, engaging, and aligned to their brand. We wanted to use simple, elegantly animated figures, combined with stock imagery to tell the story of how the body responds to pain relievers. The goal was to keep graphics as scientifically accurate as possible while still give it a playful and vibrant look.
